Elevate projects are looking to appoint a Team leader on behalf of one of our valued clients. As a team leader you’ll coach, motivate, and assist a team to deliver a high standard service tailored to individual customers and stakeholders. You’ll oversee reports, completion of repairs and contribute to training development. Supporting a project manager to monitor and manage contract compliance and hold responsibility of day-to-day management of rental income and arrears recovery. Essential experience required:
- Knowledge and experience of risk management, risk assessments and support planning
- Ability to self-motivate, adapt, and stay calm in pressured situations
- Knowledge of safeguarding adults and children
- Knowledge of the welfare benefits system
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- I.T Literate
- An understanding of health and safety
- Multi agency working and in partnership.
