We are recruiting for a stock condition surveyor to undertake asset management surveys prior to a major programme of planned maintenance.
-Condition surveys of houses, flats and blocks to determine the age of components
-Logging of stock condition information on asset management software
-Assessing and logging HHSRS information
-Taking photographs to document findings
Candidates should be experienced in undertaking stock conditions, must be comfortable using a tablet/ on IT software, should have knowledge of HHSRS, must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
This role will be to go straight to site from home and will not require to travel to an office location. Working outside of IR35. Paid by the survey, £200-250 p/day OTE.
