Role expectations consist of:
Viewing and tenancy sign ups
Tenancy Management
Signposting and referrals to support external agencies
Safeguarding referrals, reporting incidents.
Welfare checks
Liaising with external agencies
Basic benefit and income advice
Maintaining records
Weekly health and safety site inspection
