We are recruiting an excellent opportunity for a Resident Liaison Officer to work on a 1 year contract in Bristol.
Duties will include;
-Liaison with tenants about upcoming streams of work
-Provision of explanation of works being undertaken
-Providing an outstanding level of customer service to tenants
-Run tenant meetings as required
-Provide information relating to H&S once works are being undertaken, also provide information about benefits of works to both the tenants and the wider community.
-Using various IT software including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and other IT systems.
-Liaison with site teams and contractors to ensure that up to date information and a clear message can be provided.
-Handling complaints and resolution of them in a smooth and efficient manner.
Candidates should have proven customer-service skills, being a confident communicator both face-to-face or on the phone, should have excellent organisational and IT skills. Some experience of the maintenance, housing or construction industry would be desirable either as a TLO or a scheduler/ maintenance administrator, housing assistant/officer, although this is not essential.
This position offers hybrid working and projects will be in the Bristol-area, and offers a fantastic working environment and the opportunity to join a supportive team. This role will be an initial 1 year contract with scope for extension beyond this.
