Excellent opportunity to work as a repairs scheduler to provide first class customer care. This is working on an initial 6 month contract with scope for extension;
Duties will include;
-Speaking with customers regarding repairs and breakdowns.
-Logging the repairs on the database
-Scheduling appointments for trades staff to do the work
-Provision of excellent levels of customer care
-Liaison with trades teams doing the work
Candidates should have excellent levels of customer service, must work well in a team environment, and good IT skills. Should have experience of the provision of customer service and experience of scheduling, maintenance, transport planning, housing or construction would be advantageous.
