We are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Property Manager on a permanent basis in London. This role will be to cover multiple schemes so it will be possible to base from the most convenient location.
Duties will include;
-Management of compliance to ensure statutory obligations are met.
-Ensure planned and responsive maintenance works are effectively delivered.
-Management of budgets including putting together financial plans.
-Ensure statutory compliance obligations are met through effective checks, inspections and servicing.
-Management of H&S to ensure that all works are carried out in line with this.
-Line management of a team, ensuring the usage of effective leadership.
-Contracts Management of contractors to ensure effective delivery of works.
Candidates should have significant experience of working as a Property Manager or Facilities Manager. Should have a good understanding of H&S, building safety and fire safety, should have either a NEBOSH or IOSH qualification. Strong contracts management experience is essential.
