Elevate Projects are working on partnership with our client, a reputable provider of local affordable homes and registered social landlord, to appoint an experienced Compliance Manager to join their team following internal restructuring.
You will lead on big 6 compliance areas , Gas, Electrical, Legionella, Lifts, Fire Safety and Asbestos, pro-actively managing your team to ensure regulatory compliance and ensuring works are completed within agreed time-scales, quality standards and provide a safe environment for tenants living in the area.
