We are recruiting an excellent permanent opportunity for a Project Coordinator to provide back office support to the projects team.
Duties will include;
-Issuing of invoices and match against PO numbers
-Production of financial statistics and figures
-Assist with the collation of contract documentation
-Accurate logging of H&S information
-Liaison with customers and provision of excellent levels of customer service
-Logging of project information
Candidates should be experienced in administrative work, be experienced using Excel including pivot tables, be an excellent communicator, have experience of invoicing and preferably of working in the property, construction or facilities sector.
This role offers excellent working conditions and is p/t 17.5 hours per week, that can be worked in a manner to suit.
