We are recruiting for an excellent opportunity to take the lead in the management, development and growth of a contractor across South Wales.
Heading up a team that will include both operational and commercial staff this role will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered in a profitable manner, whilst actively developing new business and bringing on new work.
Projects will be maintenance, cyclical contracts and planned works and will be largely within Social Housing, but also include; commercial, and education.
-Management of multiple projects simultaneously ensuring that they are delivered to required specifications and in a profitable manner.
-Ensuring H&S requirements are met.
-Line management of team, including 1-2-1's and appraisals, ensuring that staff have been through appropriate training.
-Client-liaison to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Actively targeting new work for growth, including maximisation of works with existing clients.
Candidates should have experience of running multiple projects simultaneously, must have good commercial acumen to ensure projects are delivered in a profitable manner, must have experience of managing teams.
