-Building pathology
-Damp Surveys
-Producing reports to detail issues
-Scheduling of works needing to be completed
-Liaison with tenants
Candidates should be an experienced Building Surveyor with a knowledge of maintenance and responsive repairs. A good understanding of damp and mould. Must be a good communicator and have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Offering excellent working conditions and a competitive rate of pay, contract of at least 3 months.
