Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a sizable provider of affordable housing and not for profit developer , to approach and appoint an interim Head of Compliance:
The role is Hybrid working with only 1 day office based (Occasionally 2) per week, office location is in the greater Birmingham area. This is to cover a long term sick absence and as such it is an ongoing contract with no current fixed end date.
The organisation owns/manages around 25,000 homes, the core Stock & Activity is concentrated in the West Midlands & South West. It also provides care & support services: over 100 care & support schemes and services reaching tens of thousands of people. The Head of Property Compliance will be tasked with overseeing adherence to regulations pertaining to Legionella control, the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER), & Asbestos.
