Elevate projects are working in partnership with our client, a provider of affordable housing and not for profit developer , to appoint an experienced Head of Asset Management to join the senior leadership team committed to delivering safe, secure, and sustainable homes for local communities.
About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategic and operational delivery of our property services, ensuring homes are maintained to a high standard and meet the needs of our residents now and into the future.
You will oversee:
Repairs and voids service – ensuring efficient turnaround and a responsive, customer-focused approach.
Planned maintenance programme – delivering long-term investment in our homes to maintain quality and compliance.
Stock condition survey programme – ensuring robust, data-led asset intelligence to inform future planning and investment decisions.
About You
We’re seeking a seasoned asset management professional who brings:
Proven senior leadership experience in asset or property services, ideally within housing or a related sector.
Strong knowledge of housing stock performance, building safety, compliance, and sustainability.
A track record of delivering customer-focused repairs and maintenance services.
Excellent people management skills and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and contractors.
A collaborative approach with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive performance and value for money.
