Elevate are recruiting a Housing Advisor position for one of our valued clients.
The candidates core responsibilities will consist of:
Conduct housing advice interviews with local private sector residents, preventing homelessness and giving quality advice.
Advise on matters relating to landlord and tenant disputes, negotiate with landlords preventing homelessness.
Effectively Liaises with other agency’s
Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and meet expectations of own workload.
Accurate record keeping of actions and outcomes.
Advocate for customers during court proceedings and injunctions.
Actively contribute to the councils priorities and outcomes.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and communities
Candidates should have experiences of working in the Housing sector or a similar position
