Elevate projects are working in partnership with our client, a reputable national property consultancy, to appoint an experienced Condition Surveyor on a 12 month contract running to the new financial year, producing condition reports of properties owned by the end client. Surveys will be HHSRS and standard Condition Surveys
A very competitive uncapped Survey rate is offered and this role is on an Outside Ir35 basis.
