Due to this, we are working in partnership with them to approach suitable candidates for the Head of Land & Development post which will be an integral part of delivering the aims of the organisation.
You will have experience of leading development teams, securing land and development opportunities and ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities are guided through planning process and pre construction phase ready to handover to the site teams.
