Our client is a reputable local provider of affordable housing, not for profit developer and registered social landlord urgently seeking to appoint to their busy property safety & regeneration team.
The Fire Safety Project Manager will be one of 3 PMs overseeing the delivery of a major fire remedial programme working through blocks of flats to replace front entrance doors, upgrade smoke detection and improve complementation. The role will involve reviewing technical surveys and specifying the works required (supported by Fire safety Manager), procuring through our framework (or other) contractors, customer liaison (including S.20 processes for leaseholders), overseeing delivery on site (including quality, programme and financial control)
