Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a reputable local provider of affordable housing and registered social landlord in Cornwall, to appoint an experienced Supervisor to join their busy property team to oversee operational delivery of a programme of energy efficiency upgrades to their properties in the area, providing tenants with high quality homes for years to come. Managing team of trades, you will be undertaking, servicing, repairs and renewals including other associated works to ensure the tasks are carried out within agreed time-scales and to the required standards.
A Domestic Energy Assessor qualification allied with experience in managing trades would really make you a stand-out candidate.
