We are working with one of our valued clients to recruit a Contracts Administrator on a 12-15 month fixed-term contract.
Working within a supportive team this role will be responsible for the effective provision of administrative support to assist the asset management team.
-Assisting with the preparation of contract documentation.
-Provision of excellent levels of customer support and care o the telephone.
-Logging and analysis of asset management data.
-Provision of administrative support to ensure that works are passed out to contractors to be undertaken and delivered.
-Effective logging and storage of statutory compliance documents.
-General administrative duties as required.
Candidates should have excellent IT skills, and must be fully conversant with Microsoft Office. Must be a good communicator and be committed to providing outstanding levels of customer care. Must have experience of interpreting and organising large quantities of data.
