We are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Compliance Officer/ Administrator on a temp-to-perm basis.
Duties will include;
-Provision of support to ensure the effective delivery of servicing for gas, asbestos, M&E, water & fire
-Logging of compliance information on asset database
-Logging of servicing information
-Support the surveying team
-Liaison with customers & contractors, providing outstanding levels of customer care
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, work well in a team, be well organised and able to prioritise tasks. Must be competent on Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
