We have an excellent opportunity for a chartered Building Surveyor to work on Disrepair projects in London.
This is self-employed work outside of IR35 and is paid at £400 p/survey on completion of the expert witness report.
Undertake comprehensive building surveys of disrepair claims and the production of detailed expert witness reports for use in the legal process.
Self-employed work, so this provides the opportunity for part-time or full-time. It is essential that candidates are MRICS qualified with 5 years + PQE. Residential experience is also essential for this work.
