We are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to oversee planned refurbishment works.
Candidates will be responsible for the contract administration of planned maintenance contracts. Duties will include;
-Supervision of contractors delivering the works from inception through to completion
-Compilation of detailed specifications for works to be completed.
-Effective management of budgets to ensure works are completed within agreed financial parameters.
-Quality control of works, to ensure that they are completed to desired quality levels.
-Performance monitoring of contractors if performance is not at satisfactory levels, to ensure improvement are made.
Candidates should have experience of overseeing planned refurbishments, capital works, or maintenance works, and be educated to HNC-level or have equivalent experience.
