We are recruiting for a Building Surveyor to oversee maintenance and refurbishment projects.
-Management of JCT contracts
-Defect diagnosis
-Procurement of new contracts
-Contract administration
-Management/ delivery of works on site
-Management of H&S
-Pre & Post inspections of work to ensure quality of works
-Stock Condition Surveys
Candidates must be an experienced Building Surveyor, who has delivered work on site and ideally with experience of managing works under JCT form of contract.
