We are recruiting for an outstanding permanent opportunity for an accounts assistant to work on housing maintenance projects on a 1 year fixed-term contract.
This position will be responsible for ensuring that maintenance records are kept up-to date and that financial transactions are effectively reconciled.
Duties will include;
-Reconciliation of contractors invoices against PO numbers, including the investigation and resolution of any financial disputes.
-Preparation of monthly accruals.
-Analyse works completion data to ensure that it is accurate and that any anomalies are identified.
-Provision of excellent levels of customer service when dealing with customers.
-Completion of performance indicator reports.
Candidates should have administration experience, with an understanding of budgets and invoicing and an ability to report and analyse data. Candidates should have good experience on Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (with the use of formulas, formatting and pivot tables). Must be a good communicator who works well in a team environment.
