Elevate projects was formed by our senior management team that have a passion for technical recruitment across the property, construction and engineering sectors. We operate across all areas of the built environment from design to build and then to the maintenance aspect with a strong focus with in the housing market. All of our Directors are shareholders in the business and helped to shape and form our core values. Elevate are recruiting to appoint an experienced Scheme Manager on behalf of one of our clients. Key duties require being first point of contact to manage access to buildings for residents, contractors, and visitors, ensuring security of all areas and facilities. Key responsibilities include: - Carrying out health and safety inspections of the building, recording outcomes in line with the service standards - Monitoring accidents and incidents accurately following appropriate procedures - Monitoring and advising tenants on the management of their accounts and arrears - Carry out efficient inspections of the building, identifying security issues, maintenance and resolving repairs. - Raise repairs, accordingly, facilitating access and guidance of affected areas to contractors. - Carry out testing of communal areas for emergency lighting and firefighting equipment in line with associations and health and safety processes.
